The evening seated event requires an admission ticket. Seating is limited.  Must be 18 to enter.

Ticket Request Process

Complete the form below.

All requests for tickets will have an email response within 24 hours.  The email will contain confirmation of your request and if approved a link to purchase admission tickets and prepay for chances/chance packs.

Requests will be honored via the time date stamp of the submitted form.  

Admission and Event Information

Ticket Requests are limited to 1 table or 8-10 tickets.

General Admission Tickets are $30 which includes entry to the event, 1 sheet of 25 chances and 1 door prize ticket.

VIP Admission Tickets are $40 which includes early entry to the event at 4:45pm. 2 sheets of 25 chances and a VIP Door Prize ticket SOLD OUT

Table attendees can have mixed attendance, VIP and General.

All attendees must be 18 years of age to enter.  Baskets containing items that are age restricted must follow the age restriction for bidding. Proof of age will be required for claiming of any age restricted baskets.

The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Campus is a tobacco/smoke free campus. There is no reentry to the event.

All Sales are Final

 Payment Terms -- Acceptable payment methods credit card and check/cash with prior arrangement confirmed by the committee. Payment upon receipt is expected.

All tickets must be paid in full by May 5th or the tickets will be returned to stock.
