This year, we are excited to host our 19th Annual Basket Raffle, our largest fundraising event and your support is essential to its success.. Proceeds from this event directly support classroom enhancements, technology upgrades, and programs. We cannot do it without your generous support!
The raffle will feature over 250 baskets, all donated by STC families and the community. To make this event a success, we rely on the collective effort of STC families and parishioners through family donations and classroom baskets. This year, our goal is to collect 100 baskets from STC families and parishioners. An STC Family Flyer will be sent home and included in the parish bulletin with details on how families can donate.
All donations, in-kind items, baskets, and registry items must be received by April 3rd
Donations can be dropped of to the Parish Ministry Center or email at info@stcbasketraffle.com for a member of the committee to pick up your donation. Please be sure to label your donation so we can properly thank you!
Family Baskets and Wish List Donations
We are asking our families to support the event by donating a basket minimum value of $35 dollars, purchase items to be made into a basket or support the event with a monetary donation.

Class Basket Information
The Education Center, P.R.E.P Program, and Early Learning Center will be sponsoring baskets for each Class/level. We refer to these as “Classroom Baskets”. The classroom baskets are larger, higher-value baskets (with a suggested minimum value of $150). The baskets are in their own special category. Attendees love to bid on these baskets, and this category raises the most funds every year. Families are asked to contribute to the class basket. As a small token of appreciation, we are offering an STC Families “Thank You Raffle”.

This year, we are opening our donation portal to allow families to make a monetary donation towards the classroom baskets. Donations made via this form will be sent to the Point of Contact for each Program to use in the “Class Basket” as requested below. As always, you can submit cash or a check enclosed in an envelope marked with your family name and classroom.
Also, we added the ability to make a monetary donation for a basket to be made in your name or to the general fund of the event.
We understand that this donation form can appear confusing (our website limits us, but this process is just a few easy steps).
