Help us Celebrate the Seasons with a donation to the 2024 STC Basket Raffle. As you are shopping, pick up an item for the basket raffle.
Each donation will be entered into a drawing to receive a VIP Basket Raffle Package, Basket Raffle Admission Tickets, or Basket Raffle EZ packs.
2024 Saint Teresa of Calcutta Basket Raffle In Person Admission Ticket Request Form
The evening seated event requires an admission ticket. Seating is limited. All requests for tickets will have a response within 24 hours. Requests will be honored via the time date stamp of this form. Ticket Requests are limited to 1 table or 10 tickets. Admission Tickets are $25 which includes entry to the event, 1 sheet of 25 chances and 1 door prize chance.
Payment Terms -- Acceptable payment methods credit card and check/cash with prior arrangement confirmed by the committee. Payment upon receipt is expected. All tickets must be paid in full by May 5th or the tickets will be returned to stock.
Ticket Request Instructions:
1. Please complete the request form tickets form listed below.
2. You will receive a response for your request.
3. If the event is at capacity your request will be denied and you will be placed on a waiting list (in the order of receipt)
4. If approved for tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for next steps. Please note the email will contain a link for you to order your tickets. All orders over the approved amount will be voided.
5. A final confirmation with your paid invoice and official entry tickets will be emailed. Tickets will not be available for pick up at the Education Center or Ministry Center without confirmation from the committee.
Items purchased online may be sent to the STC Ministry Center or you can arrange for your items to be stored.

We have created an Amazon and Walmart registry to assist in your shopping, donations from any source are warmly accepted. Items purchased online may be sent to the STC Ministry Center or you can arrange for your items to be stored. Donations will be accepted until April 26, all winners will be announced on this page.
